When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected treatments, appointment time, and any notes you choose to provide. Please include only information needed for your appointment.

How we use your information

We use booking information to reserve and manage appointments, process deposits, contact you about your booking, and maintain business records. Authorized spa staff can access appointment information through the administration area.

Payments and booking messages

Square processes card payments through its secure card form. Our application receives a payment token and stores payment references, payment status, amounts, and limited card details such as brand and last four digits. We do not store your full card number or security code.

When booking email delivery is enabled, Resend delivers booking messages to you and the spa. These messages contain information needed to identify and manage your appointment.

Cookies and records

We use an encrypted session cookie to keep your booking selection, temporary reservation, and confirmation connected to your browser. Security and operational logs help us operate the service. Booking and payment records are retained for business, accounting, and legal needs; this site does not promise an automatic deletion period.
